OUR HIRING PROCESS - IT'S EASY!

Once you apply for the position, here is what you should expect through the hiring process:

 


Review Requirements & Fit - The first step is easy for you! We verify that candidates meet the requirements for the position and use artificial intelligence and testing to assess fit in an unbiased manner.


Email Screening - The second step is a casual conversation over email to get to know you and get clarification on your resume. This is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions that you have.


Virtual / In Person Interview - Now we are getting really serious! The length of this last step depends on the position. It could be one final interview, an asynchronous interview or multiple interviews.


Check References - We would like to have a conversation with a current or former supervisor and we may ask you to take a skill index test. If we are at this stage then we are ready to send you an offer to join our team!
